Richard has been a trusted advisor to his clients for over 20 years, and a partner in the firm since 2002. He has a varied practice including wills, probate/estate administration, elder law, private business advising, and real estate, mortgage and collections/foreclosure work.

He received a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria (1988) and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in History from the University of Western Ontario (1985).

Richard was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1989, and has practised law since that time. His interests are travel, history, and enjoying BC’s great outdoors with his wife and daughter.
